About Us

Culp's Apartments is a privately-owned housing provider located in western Raleigh inside the 440 beltline next to NC State University and close to Meredith College. We offer nice-sized units with multiple amenities at attractive rates. While ideal for graduate and undergraduate university students, we welcome persons from all walks of life to rent with us.

Our goal is to provide residents with a quality housing experience at an affordable price.

One of the biggest advantages to renting with us is our location. Just off of Western Boulevard, downtown Raleigh may be quickly reached. Just inside the beltine, 440 is about a minute away. Route 40 and Route 64 are easy and fast to get to. NC State students will find the location convenient since it is directly on three or four Wolfline bus routes and right across the street from two computer labs. Meredith College is practically within walking range. St. Augustine's students have also found the commute quick. For leisure, Lake Johnson is just down the road as is Pullen Park. Groceries, gas, and fast food are less than a block away. RDU airport is only a 15-minute drive.

Culp's Apartments was started in 2005 by NC State graduate Derek Culp. There are currently seven apartments that make up this mini-complex.
